Santa Claus is coming to town!

That's right! Santa is coming to the Sawyer house this year for the very first time. We received notification that Gretchen had made the "nice" list, and Santa informed us that he has already picked out the toys that she will be receiving under the Christmas tree this year. In fact, Santa is SO good and efficient that the toys will be here by this Wednesday (shipped right to our doorstep courtesy of Amazon). Here's what Santa will be bringing Gretchen this year (even Santa gets carried away sometimes when the little kids are especially good that year):

Throughout the year we were also able to find a free toy kitchen for Gretchen, which is why we bought her some food and pots and pans to go along with it. We purchased many wooden puzzles at a yard sale this summer and also found a "learning table" on Craigs List for a significantly lower price than what the retail price is. Those will go under the tree, as well. We figured it was smart to buy her toys that she will grow into!
